Our CNC Milling Centers (3 & 4 axis) and our CNC Turning Centers have the ability to do a wide variety of complex machining in which we commonly hold part tolerances to +/-.0002”. We program our CNC Machines with CAD/CAM system. This insures that the integrity of the part meets the design throughout the manufacturing process. We can inspect parts directly from the cad model giving us the ability to validate even the most extreme contoured parts.

We have extensive machining experience on castings, forgings and billets in metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, alloy steel and titanium.

We also machine many composite materials like Teflon and plastics.
